Zero Long Term Unemployment Territories (TZCLD)
The French Republic(France).
French Territoires zero chômeur de longue durée (TZCLD) is an innovative program that provides employment for hundreds of long-term unemployed citizens in government-created Job-Oriented Companies (JOCs). Since the Great Financial Crisis of 2008, long-term unemployment has been higher across developed economies. The Zero Long Term Unemployment Territories experiment with implementing a Job Guarantee, albeit geographically limited for the moment, with the engagement of public sector, community, and private sector stakeholders. In 2023, it was announced that 50 new zones will be added to the program.Visit Site
