How do you judge program success?
Several criteria can be used to evaluate the program’s success:
- Has the program provided suitable, useful work for all who have applied?
- Has it offered meaningful opportunities for advancement via training, education, or apprenticeships?
- Have jobs tackled specific community needs or other social deprivations?
